These terms cover your use of the SnagPad app and SnagPad.co.uk. By creating an account or using SnagPad, you agree to them.

The service

SnagPad helps surveyors record snagging inspections and produce reports. The app records NHQB Pre-Completion and Post-Completion inspections on your phone or tablet. On the App + AI reports and Company plans, you can upload jobs to SnagPad.co.uk, where AI drafts report wording for you to review, and download a branded PDF report and Excel tracker.

Your professional responsibility

You are responsible for your inspections and for every report you issue. AI wording is a draft: check, edit and approve it before it reaches your client. SnagPad does not inspect properties or give professional advice.

Your content

Your surveys, photos, logos and wording belong to you or your company. You let us store and process them only to provide SnagPad to you. Only upload information you have the right to use.

Plans and payment

• App plans are subscriptions bought and managed through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms. You cancel through your app store account.
• Company plans are set up by agreement and invoiced.
• App + AI reports stores up to 10 surveys online at a time. Delete an older survey to make room for a new one.

Fair use

Do not misuse SnagPad, try to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep SnagPad available and your data safe, but cannot promise the service will always be uninterrupted. Keep your own copies of finished reports. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
